Human to human is how you talk to me unless I’m a robot or another kind of non-biological form of existence. I own a business you sell your products to. I am also a consumer buying your products for personal use.
In other words: Can you handle confrontation, negativity, harsh feedback and hard words, brutal truth and reality or do you prefer to ignore the bad things and blend them out?
If you compare yourself to others you will never win because you are living a different life (your own) and even spending a second thinking about someone else’s life won’t make your life better or you happier.
